These Terms govern your use of myobe.in (the "Service"), operated by My OBE ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The Service

MyOBE provides tools for generating Course Outcomes, question banks, CO attainment reports, and related academic features. Access to certain features requires purchasing token credits.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You agree to provide accurate information.

Tokens and payments

Token credits are purchased through our third-party payment gateway. Tokens are used to access paid features. Pricing is displayed at the point of purchase.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

The Service and its content (excluding content you create) are owned by us. Content you generate using the tools remains yours.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
